Although there is a moving car in this image, the sense of stillness I get from looking at this image is amazing, another stunning capture!

@sherri: Thanks Sherri...I agree, it does seem that way at times. But then, I find there are moments that completely take you by surprise. It's those moments that it's nice to pass on to others, in hopes that it sweeps across the city :)
