just wonderful -- whenever i see trees with carvings of hearts and 'whispers' of love and devotion i instantly think back to high school -- not sure why exactly -- but i do, and it makes me feel younger again -- even if only for a split second. i love the juxtaposition with the anonymous guy walking past -- how fleeting and fickle is love? is it really of the heart or the mind? and can it be both? an excellent philosophical question to bring to bear! maybe love is really of the spirit -- in which case we all need to relearn everything we have ever known! ;) brilliant!!
