Marcah from Quincy, United StatesAnd so the term "way" was conceived. I am liking your way in this image. I am hoping someone is holding on to you. 16 Dec 2008 5:15am Sien from Valkenswaard, NetherlandsYou captured a great atmosphere Groetjes Sien 16 Dec 2008 5:33am roamin from Northern Nova Scotia, CanadaI like the empty slot and the car parked diagonally, a free for all! Diagonal parking makes sense only to those who believe it makes sense to build without adequate parking... lots of room, pack 'em in! Lovely study, Sharon, looks like a terribly risky shot. I'd be shaking! 16 Dec 2008 5:42am sherri from Little Rock, Arkansas, United StatesWhat a great vantage point you had...such an exceptional capture. I noticed that empty spot too and found it interesting. I guess it stopped snowing:-) 16 Dec 2008 5:47am Observing from West Cheshire, United KingdomGreat observation point, watching how people 'claim' their space. 16 Dec 2008 6:01am Steve Rice from Olympia, United StatesSuch a neat idea so beautifully executed. The tire and people tracks in the snow are wonderful. 16 Dec 2008 6:12am dj.tigersprout from San Bruno, CA, United Statesoh wow!!! those elegant lines just make me want to dance!!! beautifully seen! faaabulous work -- bravo!!! 16 Dec 2008 6:37am dobbino from Cape Town, South AfricaIntriguing photo full of interest. Discovering a new dimension.. 16 Dec 2008 7:12am Andrew Gould from Sydney, AustraliaSo well seen. What an interesting b&w composition this makes. (We can always trust you to come up with something a bit different.) 16 Dec 2008 7:25am Linerberry from Sumner, Christchurch, New ZealandIncredible shot!!! What a great idea...perfect! 16 Dec 2008 7:32am k@ from Paris, FranceOh how I love this (again).... The quote (I'll use it maybe today :) and that point of view you always have, this eye I'm so fond of : here, cars (and people inside) are reduced to toys looking for the good direction.... This is moving since we all are (disoriented)... Love how you always talk about us (and I agree with what you answered yesterday about solitude)... 16 Dec 2008 8:34am Giovanni from Milan, ItalyVery intriguing shot and fantastic quote, Sharon! Brava! 16 Dec 2008 9:05am akarui from Kagoshima, JapanBeautiful shot of those cars tracks in the snow. Well done. 16 Dec 2008 9:40am djedfre from schaumburg, United Statesthankfully Nietzsche didn't drive! very cool captivating shot... 16 Dec 2008 10:49am grouser from Ludlow, United KingdomGreat graphic shot 16 Dec 2008 11:47am Laurie from New Jersey, United StatesWell done! I like the patterns the tire tracks made in the snow. Nicely spotted. You had a great view. 16 Dec 2008 11:53am Tracey from White Hall, United StatesYou continue to blow my mind with the thoughtfullness in your images. This one is no exception! Who would have thought footprints and tire tracks would tell such a beautiful story?!? Well, obviously you did! That is why you are a master! 16 Dec 2008 12:07pm Anna.C from LA ROCHELLE, Franceso beautiful ! I love the lines and BW ant this point of view ! 16 Dec 2008 12:29pm blackivory from Singapore, Singaporebrilliant idea, and very nicely executed! love this. 16 Dec 2008 1:13pm martie from US, United StatesGreat shot! I love all the lines created by the tyre tracks - almost like a dance! 16 Dec 2008 2:05pm Twelvebit from Victoria, United StatesThought some of those tracks were cables at first glance. Saw this one highlighted on the community page. It's a nice play of positive and negative space in a flattened space. 16 Dec 2008 2:40pm Lorraine from Gatineau, CanadaFollowing the path of least resistance, or freezing rain...love it ;) 16 Dec 2008 2:55pm EYES WIDE SHUT from United KingdomSuperbly observed, Bluechameleon. A very cool image 16 Dec 2008 3:30pm Nataly from Santa Monica, United StatesThis is awesome, Sharon! The contrast here is fantastic. Looks almost abstract at the first glance...But then... most amazing part is that it is natural ... just right there.... in the snow.... OOOOOHHH, how much I miss the snow! We got a day of rain yesterday, and it was a WOW! Sad! I believe that seasons are so important. They encourage you to adjust, to adopt... It is just mentally healthier... And when it is all the same every day of the year..... Well, let`s say it`s a challenge. 16 Dec 2008 4:21pm Oeilonirique from FranceGreat point of view from above, showing us excellently the contrast of b/w lines and quarters. 16 Dec 2008 4:53pm Michael Rawluk from Williams Lake, BC, CanadaAn extra great shot. That would be a great print. Wonderful designs. 16 Dec 2008 5:32pm Pradeep from Chennai, IndiaWow!! Love the lines and composition. Almost an abstract :) 16 Dec 2008 5:58pm Ronnie 2¢ from London, United KingdomOh, what a wonderful record this makes! I keep seeing more little secrets of Time the more closely I look. Dear old Nietzsche would have seen Existentialism personified in this one ! 16 Dec 2008 8:57pm Pixim from Nice, FranceI like enormously, there is much presence of what is not there any more. The sight in height makes it possible the reflexion to emerge from this snow which sticks and to thus see the big number of the possibilities in order to release itself some Bravo ;) 16 Dec 2008 9:54pm Otto K. from Atlanta, United Stateswonderful graphical quality to this. very nice. 16 Dec 2008 11:21pm Richard_Irwin from Belper, United KingdomA very neat and graphically perfect image, love its poise and balance, and the perspective is awesome. 17 Dec 2008 12:18am Damon Schreiber from Toronto, CanadaGreat scene - it's like an etch-a-sketch (although with better curves). 17 Dec 2008 12:32am JoeB from Brampton, CanadaI do like how you boiled it down to just B&W, very stark Nietzsche would have approved. 17 Dec 2008 2:32am browneyes from Kanagawa, JapanLove this shot. Footprints looks like birds' ! ... and wonder what are the prints like dotts left there...? 17 Dec 2008 2:46pm ordinaryimages from Kentucky Bluegrass, United Statesdefinitely a favorite! best...jerry 17 Dec 2008 3:18pm Sean from Champaign, United StatesWhat a great bird's eye view shot. From this height, it could almost be some sort of winter car play set. 18 Dec 2008 3:30am Turnbill from Maine, United StatesWow - fantastic shot! Great composition. Looks like a charcoal drawing. 22 Dec 2008 5:52pm Doum from CanadaIt's my first time I visit your photoblog and I found some fantastic view, particularly this one. Its unique view of a parking lot!
