Jean-François from Les Issambres, Francesuperbe lumière !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 26 Dec 2008 5:33am @Jean-François: Merci :) Laurie from New Jersey, United StatesAwesome shot. The details are amazing. The light is perfect. 26 Dec 2008 5:45am @Laurie: Thanks Laurie :) EYES WIDE SHUT from A corner of Utopia, United KingdomThat is such a beautiful and characterful face. So prehistoric. He looks a little as though he did not get exactly the presents he was hoping for this Christmas, but he must accept the logistical and anatomical difficulties of a Panther Chameleon driving around in a Porsche Boxster open top! He'll get over it, I'm sure ha ha A super photograph, and a very cute little guy 26 Dec 2008 6:00am @EYES WIDE SHUT: Ah! Well...he's pretty low key, prefers to travel through the 'jungle' that I've created for him. He's environmentally friendly :) k@ from FranceOh really ? It's yours ? What's the name ? I'd love to be introduced to such a fairy extraordinary soul... Love his face & oh-so delicate colors, a living painting and landscape as well... Please, kiss him hello (oh, I can see his name is Giles, correct ?)... What a wonderful couple of BC you make, guyz... Great meeting, thanx to both of U** 26 Dec 2008 6:57am @k@: Thank you! Yes, he is mine and I have had him since he was 4 months hatched, and yes, Giles is his name. I agree with you, a living landscape and painting full of blues and greens. I will give him a kiss for you in the morning when he wakes :) Marcah from United StatesWhoa!! beautiful colors on this wonderful creature. Love the details. The moisture on his nose awesome. 26 Dec 2008 8:25am dobbino from Cape Town, South AfricaHi Sharon - this is a magnificent close-up of a magnificent creature. Definitely a distant cousin of my Stony Point friend. But Giles is superior, of course - he can change colour! We used to have so many chameleons in the garden, but they have now sadly disappeared. 26 Dec 2008 9:27am Anna.C from LA ROCHELLE, Franceso cute Giles ;-) orignial pet ! Until I read the explanation, I thought perhaps this was a self portrait. You can imagine my relief when I read this is your sites wonderful mascot. :-) What a beauty. 27 Dec 2008 12:39am @Steve Rice: I should have had those smelling salts ready for you ;) Damon Schreiber from Toronto, CanadaYour muse! Looks like a heckuva guy! Is he always blue or does he change colours? Actually he looks green here so perhaps I've answered my own question. 27 Dec 2008 4:46am @Damon Schreiber: Thanks Damon. He actually changes colour hue. For the most part he is a bright turquoise colour. When I shot this he was outdoors being misted and with the water falling on him he turned a darker colour in order to absorb more heat from the sun. Pradeep from Chennai, IndiaHeheh, he looks really very grumpy, might be cause you just sprayed him with water ;) 27 Dec 2008 6:32am Vink from Grasse - French riviera, FranceIs it a self-portrait ?
