Like in everyday life, sad feelings have to be put behind bars and locked away, in order to get on with your life... "It's smile time"... 18 Feb 2009 9:09am Peter Miller from Lichfield, United KingdomThis guy may just be reading a book or the newspaper but coupled with the railings and the dark atmosphere it surely does present the viewer with a feeling of unhappiness 18 Feb 2009 9:20am k@ from Paris, FranceThe scenario you created here is very strong, indeed. Beautiful graphic B&W! 18 Feb 2009 11:08am Polydactyle from CanadaA picture in high emotion. I have the impression that this man is a prisoner of his misfortune. Good catch! 18 Feb 2009 12:52pm Cheryl from Texas, United Statesthis is very touching, it reaches my heart, bravo, well taken and named!! 18 Feb 2009 1:35pm Alivia from Saint-Etienne, Francewhy this man has a broken heart? We do not know, but you create the scenario based on a picture, and imagine a story. The shape, position, scratches cross the barrier by the electric wire, the strong contrasts and this man sitting on the bench, his face looked. Like EWS, you could write a story. It is a strong picture, filled with emotions. Bravo. 18 Feb 2009 1:54pm dogilicious from Millerstown, PA, United StatesGreat emotion in this. even without the title you can feel the sense of solitude. 18 Feb 2009 2:08pm spacefrog from orleans, FranceQuelle bien triste vision que cette personne qui a l'air affligé. Cette photo reste néanmoins superbe. Le noir et blanc et les barreaux donnent encore plus d'émotions. 18 Feb 2009 2:28pm Ajay from Pune, IndiaNo doubt this is an excellent shot. But I live the human touch here. The quote is just making it even more touchy. 18 Feb 2009 2:57pm Michael Skorulski from Cigel, SlovakiaGreat perspective and wonderful feel, Sharon. 18 Feb 2009 3:15pm Monique from Koh Samui, ThailandFeel sorry for him ... strong photo, even more because of the B&W and the bars! 18 Feb 2009 3:35pm Cricket from Huntsville, United StatesThe picture tells the story in which you have written.
