Cricket-Tammy from United StatesOH...I love to be the fool on the hill. Just this evening I went down to the river to the most romantic spot. I stood alone while all the lovers were hugging and kissing. I may have looked like a fool with just my camera...but I did see the sun going down. This is an amazing image. 18 Mar 2009 5:09am Nataly from Santa Monica, United StatesOK, I am gonna ruin all the romans :) Whether the fool on the Hill is all that.... or he is just stoned... I would take the second one, more fun to that! Great composition, Sharon, as usual. 18 Mar 2009 5:19am @Nataly: In this city...I think the latter is more likely, but then I was always into fairy tales and make believe ;) Toni from Eastern Washington, United StatesGreat capture - he looks so deep in thought. Perfect framing. 18 Mar 2009 5:40am EYES WIDE SHUT from United KingdomA time for contemplation, fuelled by alcohol, or fuelled by a need for clarification, it matters little, as the process can often be the same. Sometimes we need space, away from the maddening crowd, a chance to ponder our lives, our hopes and frears, the innevitability of regret. A powerful image to my eyes, Sharon 18 Mar 2009 5:43am Linerberry from Sumner, Christchurch, New ZealandWhat a great image!!
