Although I must say that I keep having the same problem as always with your photos: They are too dark on my screen. It only happens with your photos, does it happen to anyone else? Is it my screen? Why only with your photos? Just trying to help :) 23 Apr 2009 1:22pm @xavier cardell: Thanks so much Xavier :) I'm sorry but I don't think I can be of any help. I personally find that Am3 lightens things for me. My images generally are dark (that's just the way I shoot and process) and I do view them on both of my Macs which do have bright monitors. But I also look at them on the PC at work, which for me makes everything quite dark, but then that's how everyones images look to me, but never too dark. Thanks for your observation. sherri from Little Rock, Arkansas, United StatesOh, Sharon....this is so beautiful. What a pretty window and so perfectly framed with such beauty. The colors are gorgeous. 23 Apr 2009 1:43pm Toni from Eastern Washington, United StatesThis is so gorgeous and a personal fave. I love the deep colors and shadowy nature of this scene. Goes well with the verse. 23 Apr 2009 3:24pm grant from kansas city, United Statesit does seem haunted. beautiful and evocative as always. 23 Apr 2009 3:34pm Ankush. from Mumbai, Indiagreat composition. And.. you and I are kind of season confused today ;0) 23 Apr 2009 5:24pm @Nataly: Thanks Nataly. Funny thing about this...it was actually taken in April. Not sure what kind of vine resides on this hotel, but it's leaves are that colour through most of the year. Autumn in spring, gotta love that :) Richard Standley from Carquefou, FranceWonderful capture. The colours are superb! 23 Apr 2009 5:43pm Magda from Vancouver, CanadaWow! This is stunning! Love the tones and mood captured.... Fantastic work! 23 Apr 2009 5:48pm Phototherapy from SwitzerlandThis is a super image, because you use a limitated color palette (3-4, colors are not a sur-information, disturbing). In fact, you constructed this color image the way you make a BW image. I like this processus ;) 23 Apr 2009 7:38pm observing from North West, United KingdomAn image with incredible rendition, it really is superb. 23 Apr 2009 8:23pm Tamara Tantrum from Fort Myers, FL, United StatesBeautiful composition! I did consider it, but then it was too symmetrical for me so I decided against it. |
