@sherri: Thank you Sherri...sometimes it's fun just to do something silly, such as this. The title is more fitting than I will ever let on... ;-)
hell yeah!! :D a wonderful shot -- 'alice through the looking glass'... what a view! the amazing towers behind you just feel massive -- dwarfing you on either side. and then the slightly curved telephone wires and the flock of birds... and that speckled sky... just glorious! a perfect urban street portrait, just brilliant! bravo!

@dj.tigersprout: Thanks so much DJ. This 'urban gal' is dying for a day in the country, wide open spaces and all. Hard to find that looking glass to fall through ;)
Welcome to my world!
I echo the previous comment, Its the towers that make it for me. But the shot is so gritty and full of character, its hard to identify single points that stand out. Nice Stuff.

@Kris: Thank you Kris...much appreciated. It's nice that the dirty mirror added to the grit because that means I didn't have to do much of anything to this shot to get that feel.
good effect, great shot, looks like a 'oh no, where did I put my car?' I love it Blue ;)

@Lorraine: Thanks Lorraine! Yes...if I had a car, I would probably be saying that!

@Veronelle: Merci, Veronelle :)
Excellence! Love the distortion the mirror (?) gives. My post today was one of my weak attempts at matching your style. Hope you aren't offended!

@Tracey: Thank you Tracey...yes, mirror distortion indeed. I think I need a trip to the 'fun house of mirrors' soon to really get a fix of this :)
Your images are so beautiful and I enjoy them so much, how could I ever be offended? I think you have a style that is all your own, and your followers would agree.
Cheers to you!
Well seen and (not slightly) well done.

What a playful self-portrait! I love the grit and texture on the mirror, and of course, the dramatic perspective.

now that's a self-portrait!
