The closed shutters give off beautiful lines of perspective for the eye to follow.
Love the effect of the fuzzy neon overhead lights.

This is a great shot. The shutter lines turn a somewhat static photo into a dynamic one. And your choice of B&W adds to the dynamic in a way color might not. Fabulous!
