The orange sky is a marvelous backdrop to set off
the branches of this heart---I mean, tree. Beautiful effect.
(I have missed you...hope this this means you are now back with us on AM3 !)

You paint my world in beautiful colours. What an amazing frame, Sharon. Looking at this gem I can't help but get the feeling of a free mind. A minimalistic adventure with so much more to discover. It's great & love this one. All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.

Excellent silhouette against that beautiful muted orange. The mood here is expressed perfectly; a melancholy darkness looming above the bareness of branches.

Wow, I like the sky and the shape of this tree, kinda like it is almost lifeless but still hanging in there. Great shot.

Big Internet problem yesterday & i missed you as you were back, shoot ! ;) Like an african image. An orange sky of inner fire, but a sweet fire, full of tender passions. I like the quiet mixted up with mystery here. No one knows what will happen next. Suspense !
(hope you are fine, dear Sharon, my thoughts standing lightly up one of these branches ~ )

Gorgeous!! Love the haunting silhouette. So perfect!!!

Like a dream, indeed. Those very, as they look, fragil branches outlined towards the sky, it,s like both poetry and a piece of great art. A picture to dream away with.
So glad you are back here on Am3 again after your holiday and work break. Missed your wonderful and interesting photos, Sharon.

I just noticed this photo. The title resonates with me (Ah, the events of life) and the melancholy of the scene is just as haunting as the sentiment. Even without a title, the photo would speak of endings rather than beginnings, and survival rather than thriving. Maybe I look too hard for meanings---but, Ah, the events of life.
Thank you, Sharon.
