I love the way you deal with color, lately, Sharon, something so personal. And the heart of light here is a delight along with the lines and movement, all so delicate and fire-like but a very sweet fire, a heartfelt one. Have a sweet week now (hoping Spring will come to you faster now).
I really like your pictures.
I can't say why. They hit me on a visceral level, which is the way I like it. Your images have a camera-in-the-back-of-the-eye quality. That stolen moment from something we see out of the corner of our eye while sitting in a bar with friends. Or looking out of a train window, at stuff going by.
I like the verbal connection with quotes from songs and poems. Are they connections to something that matters that we almost forgot, until . . .
The movement of the figures is almost suggesting they're ghosts, here and gone.
I found your comment on George's blog and it struck me it was to the point. I came to find out what you were about.
