Julian Cope, Yes !
These protection railings and the passing guy are creating a strong atmosphere.

I guess this is what they mean by a 'hostile environment' . . Land of Fear for sure.

Intensa, ese movimiento casi saliendo del cuadro es muy bueno
Cordiales saludos

The barricaded house and the muted tones create a fascinating gloomy atmosphere. The blurred figure running through the shot adds to this eerie mood. Great work, Sharon!

Looks pretty grim, very nice capture with the person walking out of the frame

The title, the lyrics, the bars & blur & pavement, all sing a poignant song, disturbing our common sense and what is better looking at a photograph than to FEEL. I always do looking at yours and this one is no exception. Let's get free from all kinds of fear*

Steel bars everywhere and the hurrying passerby strongly hint at a scary place. The title makes it quite clear. ;-)

Seems to be a gated community. The 'one-legged' man heading out of the picture is just what it needs to give it a human touch.

I#M not feared anymore as long as I got your great eye to watch over me. Even on Bloody Street when people pass by fast & leave the frame immediately. A great one & street as street can be!
All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.
