Birds fly, in the eye of the faithless daughter
Broken, at the bitter end
Wasted, sacrifice for a new nirvana
Night time, send us on our way

First I love the delicate shades of grey in your frame, subtle mono and so clear we miss no details despite the frame is so rich and busy. Second, i love the massive and solid buildings versus the light flights. And third, i just love the Peace & Freedom those birds carry on their wings as metaphors of so many things we all can relate to here. The little birds all over in the background seem all drawned by a delicate hand adding them to achieve the charcoal painting. Hope arises in this feathered poetry of yours, hope despite 'all the rest'... I do hope you are fine & thanks for your visit, I think of you, dear S*

They are wonderfully freestyle compared to the rigid lines of architecture all around them, and as Karine points out the grey nuances and detail are gorgeous. Truly a great shot !

I very much like the B&W tones, and the center bird really grabs the eye then allows it to wander around the rest of the flock.

This is beautiful! kinda LOVE the contrast between symbols of nature (birds) and the city life (skyscrapers). & the B&W has made its beauty timeless! :)

Una toma urbana llena de imaginación, contrasta a la perfección la ligereza de las palomas con la dureza de los edificios.
